Clean Eating Turkey Quiche

Eggs are the all around perfect source of food (according to me and probably a few others). Eggs used to have the reputation that they would raise your cholesterol because of their “high fat content”. Thankfully we are now well aware that the yolk in eggs is the best part for you and your overall health. The yolk contains vitamins A, D, E and K, omega – 3 fat, and tons of B12 vitamins which are essential for your hormones, energy, and metabolism.

When it comes to fat, it is important to eat the right kind of fat because your body needs that fat to survive. I know I used to think that eating fat would make me…fat, but that is actually quite the opposite. Our bodies do so many amazing things for us all day long, that it is our responsibility to fuel them the way to need to and deserve to be fueled. The great thing about eggs is that you are getting a great source of vitamins, good fat, and protein all in one. Don’t be afraid of calorie content, good fat content, etc. The most important thing you can do for yourself is provide your body with the amazing sources of food around you and be thankful for everything your body does for you daily. Below is a recipe for a clean eating, good fat, high protein meal that your body will thank you for.


  • 10 eggs (yolks included people!)
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic spinach
  • 1/3 – 1/2 cup of diced organic hormone free turkey
  • 1/4 cup of goat cheese
  • 2 tsp. turmeric
  • 2 tsp. garlic
  • sea salt



  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Mince your garlic and heat it over the stove for about 5 minutes until caramelized
  3. Dice your turkey into small bite-sized squares
  4. Break up your goat cheese into small crumbles
  5. In a large mixing bowl, whisk your eggs to combine the yolk and the egg whites
  6. Combine all ingredients and stir so they are evenly distributed
  7. Pour mixture into your pie plate (spray avocado oil if needed for non-stick)
  8. Place in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until fully cooked
  9. Enjoy 🙂
